The Role
As a Tilt-Tray Operator, you'll operate hydraulic tilt-tray vehicles to efficiently load and transport vehicles across Western Australia. You'll work with precision loading equipment, manage multiple pickups and deliveries daily, and ensure all vehicles are secured safely.
Your expertise in vehicle positioning, hydraulic system operation, and load securing is critical to our service quality and safety record.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate tilt-tray hydraulic systems safely and efficiently
- Position vehicles onto tray with precision and control
- Secure loads using straps, chains, and restraint equipment
- Conduct daily equipment and vehicle pre-operation checks
- Navigate to multiple pickup and delivery locations
- Manage customer interactions professionally
- Maintain detailed service records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with load securing standards
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver License (Class C minimum)
- Tilt-tray operation certification or experience
- 3+ years professional towing/transport experience
- Clean driving and safety record
- Current vehicle inspection certificate
- Australian working rights
