The Role
As a Towing Driver at Serin Towing, you'll operate specialized towing vehicles to transport vehicles safely across Western Australia. You'll handle a variety of vehicle types, manage customer interactions professionally, and ensure all loads are secured according to safety standards.
This is a dynamic role that combines skilled vehicle operation with customer service excellence in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate towing and recovery vehicles safely and efficiently
- Load and secure vehicles using appropriate equipment and techniques
- Follow all road safety regulations and company safety protocols
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Communicate professionally with customers and dispatch
- Navigate safely to pickup and delivery locations
- Document services provided and maintain accurate records
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and proper maintenance
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver License (Class C minimum)
- Towing endorsement or willingness to obtain
- 2+ years professional driving experience
- Clean driving record
- Current vehicle inspection certificate
- Australian working rights
